Cross Games - Tiers for Fears - 13/10/12
Gold - Jon Webb
(this is stuff from the early days of my WM painting. The event was a tier one so I had to drag out my MKI armies to make useable forces. So a lot of this is showing its age a little. Good to see how much progress is being made in the painting though).
Just to note, I did not judge this event! Before anyone throws and accusations about.
Silver - Kelvin Jones
Bronze - Ed Smith

Tanelorn Hordes Campaign Day.

The event was a slightly unusual twist on steamroller, with the four factions (supported by their minion allies) slugging it out for dominance.

The event was auspicious in that it was the first independent tourney to be run at TableTopNation, the new events centre and store in Hockley, Essex.
Chosing between Gold, Silver and Bronze was very tough, two of the entrants have won best painted at the UK masters, and both are excellent. I ended up judging them on paint consistency, mistakes and
overall level of painting. The decision between silver and gold could have gone either way, and took a lot of scrutiny. In the end, a few key areas of Tom's circle pipped Nick's, but on another day I could have chosen the other way. It doesn't get my tougher to judge than this.
